Eye of the Tiger Award Nominations are Now Open

The online nomination form for the 2024-2025 Eye of the Tiger Awards is now available! Click here to access the form and submit your nominations. The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, May 6, 2025 

The Eye of the Tiger Support Staff Award an annual recognition program aimed at celebrating the exceptional contributions of individuals within our school district. This award will be presented to outstanding staff members in the following categories:

1. Food Service
2. Custodians/Maintenance
3. Instructional/Student Support Services (Paraprofessional, Instructional Assistant, Media Aide, PAT, Nurse)
4. Administrative Support Services (Secretary, Home to School Liaison, IT)
5. Transportation

Nomination forms are now open, and we invite students, teachers, administrators, and coworkers to participate by nominating deserving individuals who exemplify excellence in their roles. Nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Excel in work performance
- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work responsibilities, co-workers, and students
- Take initiative and accept and carry out additional responsibilities beyond regular job assignments
- Represent the Carthage R-9 School District in a positive manner
